QJ series gas relay is mainly used to protect all kinds of type oil-immersed totally-enclosed transformer.
When the transformer is running, the gas gathers in the gas gathering chamber of the gas relay because the inner
trouble creates gas. When the volume of the gas reaches a certain degree it triggers the alarm or the cutting off
contact, outputs the alarm or cutting off signal and thus reach the aim of protecting the transformer.

●結(jié)構(gòu) Structure
氣體繼電器外部結(jié)構(gòu)見圖 1.內(nèi)部由液位變送機(jī)構(gòu)及兩個(gè)磁性開關(guān) K1、K2 構(gòu)成，開關(guān)動(dòng)作將報(bào)警信號
或切除信號通過接線端子輸出。
For the outer structure of the gas relay see drawing 1. Inside there is liquid level transuding mechanism and
two magnetic switches K1, K2. When the switch operates, the alarm signal or cutting off signal will be output
through wiring terminal.
●工作原理 Working Principle
變壓器正常運(yùn)行時(shí)，氣體繼電器的內(nèi)部充滿變壓器油，當(dāng)變壓器內(nèi)部出現(xiàn)故障，變壓器油分解而產(chǎn)生
的氣體聚集在繼電器的集氣室內(nèi)，氣壓迫使油位下降，浮子隨油位下降，并聯(lián)動(dòng)磁性開關(guān) K1 或 K2 動(dòng)作
When the transformer runs normally, there is full of transformer oil inside the gas relay. When there is trouble
inside the transformer, the gas caused by the decomposition of transformer oil gathers in the gas gathering
chamber of the relay. The gas pressure forces the oil level to drop. The floater drops along with it and link the
magnetic switch K1 or K2 to be operated.
當(dāng)氣體達(dá)到報(bào)警氣體容積時(shí)，磁性開關(guān)動(dòng)作 K1，接通信號回路，發(fā)出報(bào)警信號。若由于其它原因（如
滲漏油等）油箱內(nèi)的油位下降，同樣作用于信號回路發(fā)出報(bào)警信號。
When the gas reaches the alarm gas volume, the magnetic switch K1 operates, switches on signal loop and
releases alarm signal. If the oil level of oil box drops because of other reasons (for example oil leakage and so on),
it also acts on the signal loop and releases alarm signal.

當(dāng)變壓器內(nèi)部發(fā)生嚴(yán)重故障時(shí)，將會(huì)產(chǎn)生大量氣體，當(dāng)氣體達(dá)到切除氣體容積以上時(shí)，磁性開關(guān) K2
動(dòng)作，發(fā)出切除信號，切除裝置動(dòng)作，將變壓器從電網(wǎng)中切除，從而達(dá)到保護(hù)變壓器的目的。
When there is serious trouble inside the transformer, plenty of gas will be created. When the gas reaches
more than the cutting off gas volume, the magnetic K2 switch operates and releases the cutting off signal. The
cutting off device operate s and cuts off the transformer from the electric network, thus reaching the aim of
protecting transformer.

驗(yàn)收 Checking and accepting
●產(chǎn)品出廠前，每臺(tái)產(chǎn)品已經(jīng)過調(diào)試和密封試驗(yàn)，無特殊情況下不要隨意拆卸，以免影響產(chǎn)品的精確度和
密封性能。
●Before the product leaves the factory, every product has gone through adjustment and seal test. Without special
situation don’t disassemble at will in order not to affect the precision and seal performance of the product.
●現(xiàn)場測試方法：
安裝后運(yùn)行前，萬用表依次接 3、4 和 1、2 信號端子，人工緩慢推動(dòng)探針模擬油位下降觀測萬用表是否正常通斷。

安裝使用注意事項(xiàng) Items being paid attention for installing and using
●氣體繼電器應(yīng)安裝在變壓器油箱蓋上，以便于氣體的收集；
●The gas relay should be installed onto the oil box cover of the transformer in order to collect the gas easily.
●氣體繼電器安裝位置應(yīng)保證氣體繼電器上方有足夠的空間距離，以便現(xiàn)場檢修時(shí)氣體繼電器芯體能從殼
體中取出；
●The installing position of the gas relay should make sure of enough space distance above the gas relay so that the
gas relay can be taken out from the shell when undertaking the on-the-spot checking and repairing.
●變壓器油箱箱蓋開孔應(yīng)與氣體繼電器的安裝法蘭相配。安裝法蘭由使用廠家自配，密封墊隨產(chǎn)品提供；
●The opening hole of oil box cover of the transformer should be suitable with the installing flange of the gas relay.
The installing flange is adapted by the using factory. The seal washer is provided with the product.
●氣體繼電器電氣接線端子示意圖及接線原理圖見圖 3，4；
●Wiring terminal drawing and wiring schematic drawing of the gas relay see drawing3，4.
●注油時(shí)請先將放氣閥打開，然后注油；
●When injecting oil, please firstly open the gas releasing valve and then can undertake injecting oil.
●變壓器在運(yùn)行前須檢查 1 型氣體繼電器內(nèi)是否充滿油，必須保證氣體繼電器的集氣腔內(nèi)在常溫下充滿油，
方可投入運(yùn)行；
●Before the running of the transformer we must check out whether or not the type 1 gas relay is filled with oil
completely. We must make sure that the gas gathering chamber of gas relay is filled with oil completely at normal
temperature and then we can put it into use.
●運(yùn)行中氣樣收集：將放氣塞（閥）的保護(hù)罩?jǐn)Q下，擰開頂部的氣塞（將放氣閥塑料手柄轉(zhuǎn)向平行位置）
即可收集氣體。
●The gas collecting in running: screw off the protection cover of gas releasing plug(valve) and screw off the gas
plug on the top (turning the plastic handle of the gas releasing valve to parallel position). Then we can collect
the gas
